Jaime Henle, PsyD

Jaime Henle is a licensed psychologist and provides psychological evaluations and individual and family therapy with tweens, adolescents, and young adults (aged 10-25 years-old) and psychological evaluations (aged 5-18). She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). These are both evidenced based treatment for trauma. During the pandemic, Dr. Henle is providing telehealth sessions and accepts BCBS (PPO), Tricare, Aetna, Cigna, Cempatico, and GEHA.

In addition, Dr. Henle attended the EMDR-Sandtray Protocol/intensive workshop and is now an EMDR-Sandtray specialist. For more information about EMDR and the EMDR-Sandtray Protocol, please see the EMDR and EMDR-Sandtray contracts in the forms/links section of the website.

Some examples of psychological evaluations and types of treatment that Dr. Henle conducts include:

• Treatment of (aged 10-25): Individual and family therapy. Trauma and bereavement (physical, sexual and verbal abuse, and neglect), attachment disorders, anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, anger and acting out behaviors, familial relational problems, substance abuse issues, etc...

• Psychological and psychoeducational evaluations (aged 5-18): evaluate trauma, attachment issues/disorders, mood disorders, anxiety, disruptive behavior disorders, autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, learning disabilities, intelligence testing, adjustment disorders, etc...
